Nothing is more fun than a farming community festival. I enjoyed
the Oregon State Fair, but to make you feel good about being who
you are where you are, the little Dayton festival cannot be beat.
I have heard that in some parts of America, Democrats are not
well liked by farmers. In our county, most of the farmers and
ranchers are receptive to Democratic ideals, and those who are
not are too nice not to treat us graciously anyway.
