This did not end well

It may look like jousting for the ball but it is not.
Blue there was actually running full speed.
White was the object at rest in the case.
Half a second later White was flying out of the frame.
It was a horrific take down to say the least.
I wished I had my D200 with me for the frame rate.
The one right after this would have been great.
Alas, the D40 did ok anyway (and wow is it light).
So wrong camera and wrong lens and I still had fun.
Life is just like that sometimes.
Go with what you got and see what happens ;-)
