Wild sulphur crested cockatoo with psittacine circoviral disease also known as beak and feather disease in Sydney, Australia. Sadly, there is no cure and they eventually succumb. Poor thing. I thought it was just suffering from neglect and lack of attention. But it looks like the pinfeathers might be trying to come in...
