Most of this is high quality regenerated secondary forest with some patches of primary forest. Often raptors could be spotted further down the valley including White & Black Hawks, Double-toothed, Plumbeous & Swallow-tailed Kites, Short-tailed Hawk & if you are lucky Ornate Hawk-Eagle.
