Believe

It's hard to believe a year has come and gone since Zoey has come to live with us. I can't believe that little rag a muffin from the first post is the blue eyed beauty she is today. I can't believe that you all are still checking in on us, hundreds of hits everyday. I can't believe I was put in her path to help her, in the right place at the right time if you will. I can't believe I was able to help something that seemed so far gone and that she could be so healthy now. I can't believe alot of things.........

I had planned on doing a lot of pictures to commemorate the year anniversary of Zoey. But life is what happens when you are busy making other plans and sometimes you can't believe it when it happens. So I thought who better than Zoey to get yet another story of animal cruelty out to you. Be fore warned, it doesn't have a Zoey ending.

I can't believe I couldn't do anything about this. I can't believe something I've watched for years, I will never see again. I can't believe there was nothing I could do to stop this. I can't believe she couldn't be saved. I can't believe someone could do this.

I hope that someday the person(s) responsible for this will be caught.

I can only believe.

I read every installment -- what a beautiful story -- what a beautiful cat! You are blessed -- you saved that poor little half-dead stray and she grew into a beautiful little cat, a joy forever!

Hats off to cats like Zoey! My parents had a tom cat who lost an eye to a catfight and it had to be removed, was sewn up and healed over well. (My dad wouldn't get his male cats nuetered--men!!!!) Zoey's story made my day and you are wonderful people for picking up strays! They are the best pets! She is beautiful!!!!

Happy Birthday presious Zoey... I could love you forever... but I know that Tammie and her folks do so. Zoey brought so much happiness to so many people and will continue to always do so.
As for the the other story about Lady Blue... somehow, somewhere, someday... justice will be done... life has a way of doing so... of giving back a thousand times more what was done. As you have done well with Zoey, life renders it a thousand folds to you, in kindness. But the ass who did that to Lady Blue better be prepared for what life will render him... Life itself will do that.

First of all, this last photo of Zoey is priceless. She's beautiful. Thank you over and over for sharing her with us all. I hate that they don't stay kittens for very long. They're perfect at any stage though. =)

Lady Blue's killer will be caught. People like this always get what's coming to them. The difficult part is just holding tight and allowing the right thing to be done in the right time. That 'do unto others' thing isn't universally accepted for NOTHING you know!! There's a rhyme and reason for it. Those lessons are learned the hard way in their own time - I'm convinced.

I'll be in touch with you in a few weeks about some ideas you may have for my class. Right now we're just trying to learn HOW TO SIT IN A CHAIR WITHOUT FALING OUT. Ahh... Kindergarten........
