Bas-relief sculptures by French artist Pierre Bourdelle. It is an interesting juxtaposition of a man, an eagle, railroad tracks, and the wheels of a locomotive. Its title, owing to the fact that this portion of the building housed railroad exhibits in 1936, is "Locomotion."
