After many delays, helmet law came into effect in December 2007. Since then, Saigonese have to wear a helmet when they ride a motorcycle. They hate the helmet so much, they call it ``the rice cooker``.
Because they cannot get rid of it, they modified it to make it better looking. The result of this creativeness is a good selection of hat-like helmets. Shown here is women helmets.
