The mayor Scott Lang said on live radio that there were several problems at Colby and he stated that the developer will fix the problems or that the city would do it and then seek reimbursement from the developer. The mayor met with the developer as they sized each other up. It looks like the developer came to the same conclusion as many others, the mayor of New Bedford lacks a spine and is incapable of making a decision on his own. Looks like the developer just brushed Scott Lang off like a dustmite.
