M-36, M-38

Two bright open clusters in Auriga, M-38 (top center) and M-36. Just below M-38 is the smaller open cluster NGC-1907. This is a combination of two 10-minute exposures with a Nikon 300mm f/2.8 lens and E200 film. It was taken at Harrington Beach State Park in Lake Church, Wisconsin in March, 2006.
