The more I travel, the more I realize that the photos of people tell me more about the country than the pictures of architectural edifices and grand landscapes...

I have been noticing your magnificent photographs at the Eagle Diner in New Hope. They are the best exhibit the diner has ever had. They preoccupy me as I eat there, and I focus all my attention on them. You seem to be equally adept in landscapes, still life and portraits, and you have a real artist's eye in your work. As I have had the privilege of looking at your other photographs on your web site, I have become even more impressed by the vision and beauty of your work. I am even more impressed by the fact that you are a cardiologist, and not a photographer by profession. I wish you had been the man to perform my recent heart surgery since you have the soul of a poet, not a scientist.
