This painting really captured my eye. Such a gentle, peaceful mood, perfect colors and light
and ideal position of a woman.

This is perfect example of the portrait which i would like to p a i n t with my camera.
I often wonder about people today - it is quite hard for me to take nice
portraits of people, most of the time they don't want that i photograph them
or they can't stand/sit still for 3 minutes. But from this painting, from face
of the young woman flows peace, calmness, kindness. Time stops and i wonder who
was she, what her life looked like, what was in her heart, what was her joys and
dreams.
This portrait reminds me the film which i saw some while ago - "Brush With Fate"
which is exactly about painting like this, which traveled in time, from hand to
hand with each episode going further back in time until you see That Day which
brings this moment to existence...
