I just turned 16 and just got my Passport (in Soviet times Passport was given when
you are 16 years of age).
I was dancing in a dance group and our group went to represent Soviet Latvia in Sweden.
It was Gorbatchow's times and more freedom was already "in the air"...
Just to tell you that traveling outside Soviet Union was almost impossible those days ("we were locked in").
How things has changed since...!!!
