On May 19th I celebrated my birthday. The end of one decade, preparing for the next. I decided to escape and ran screaming from the heat of the desert to the cool of the ocean. I spent five days on the central coast of California, visiting relatives and friends on the way. Here are some of the photographs I took on my adventure.
