All of the ILLusion Kinetics barrels are made of one-piece stainless steel and are available in bull, straight, and hybrid varieties.

A wide variety of chamber engravings are available, and can be further customized.

Barrels are available in silver or gold oxide (additional cost.) Two tone variations can also be created.

Barrels are also available in a variety of lengths, with 5.1" and 4.3" as the standard. Inquire for custom lengths.

Two types of barrels are available, traditional type, and advanced type:
- Traditional type tilting barrels mimic the movement of real pistols designed on the Browning principle. In a real pistol, the tilting operation is there to assist in the chambering of a new round. These types of barrels require a lug interface inside the slide to pull the barrel back for the chambering process, and another lug in the slide is responsible for pushing the barrel forward when the slide returns to battery.
- Advanced type barrels remove the tilting function that is unnecessary for airsoft, so that the barrel is essentially fixed in place. The slide is no longer required to contact the chamber, and as a result, slide life is increased infinitely.
