the great american prairie

images taken in and around the western edge of the american prairielands... i live where the rocky mountains meet the great plains... and think that the great prairie is often ignored by photographers in favor of the obvious beauty found in the mountains. this gallery represents my acceptance of the challenge to find beautiful images out on the flatlands.
