Thanks for the comments, Sandy. The flares just happened naturally with the relatively small aperture and longer exposure

Very nice shot. Can u pl tell me how udid u get the flare effect of the lights? Do they come automatically if u expose for a long duration like 1 Sec or does it require PP or a different lens?
