I tried this idea a few years ago
and wanted to see if I could impove upon the image..
Here is the original I’ll let you decide

The idea was to not blow out the mug as much...

1/25s at f10, ISO 500 full exif

I like the idea, but the original is better imo.....
The angle in more dynamic and I do prefer the extra over exposure of the original. There is also some reflection on this version and the other has a 'matt' quality which I like.....
