It’s amazing how a mirror can create interesting outcomes.
I took a similar shot earlier in the year but this time tried to improve on my technique for producing the background.
This is in fact a yellow striped image on my TV. A mirror is placed horizontally in front of the TV with the springs on it.
The camera is positioned at an angle so that what ever is on the TV is reflected in the mirror. The only problem then is focus / depth of field...
