The new Art Gallery has been the Civil Defense centre of operations for the recent 6.3 devastating quake of 22 February 2011 @ 12.51PM New Zealand Summer Time so must be fine.

Great documentary of the earthquake in Christchurch. I am glad you posted these pictures. Couldn't find much on the news about the damages.

I lived here for about two years a long time ago ..... I've been trying to find out if the cathedral was damaged. Do you know?
