Water in flood way

In the nearly 20 years I have lived here I have never seen this amount of water in the floodway. Mind you we are in the midst of the a 10 year drought. Lowest rainfall ever. These was taken after 2 days of rain.
Interestingly I posted a very wet December 22 in PAD last year.
