Hello Guest,
Mynahs are members of the Starling family and are often kept as cage birds because they can readily be taught to 'talk'. You could try looking up www.wikipedia.org and doing a search for Mynah. Note that the species which is most often kept as a cage bird is the Hill Mynah which is a different species from the Common Mynah illustrated in this gallery. You could also have a look at www.mynahbird.org web site.

The photos are lovely. Especially the pair and the one singing.
How intelligent is the Mynah? Are they related to crows?
