Thanks for your messages. The above 'VW beetle' is the same class of locomotive that holds the world record for steam at 126mph and set on July 3rd 1938 here in the United Kingdom.
I do believe another of the class is preserved somewhere in the USA and named Dwight D. Eisenhower.
