the problem is that cat's don't bury their muck, they scratch a bit o dirt over it which does not as a rule cover it. also these two pests are coming back every night to dump in the same little spot and it is now a huge problem. thoughtless cat owners should take responsibility for their animals same as dog owners, instead of letting them wander.
