Portknockie Cauldron

Bowfiddle Rock, Portknockie, Moray, Scotland.

Bubbling and boiling away like a witches cauldron the seething water of the windswept Moray Firth slaps angrily against the flanks of the Bowfiddle rock moments later ladders of amber sunlight break through the dense cloud adding a shortlived burst of colour to an otherwise desolate seascape.
