Findhorn Bay remains one of the most difficult beaches to photograph. There are virtually o features to use as a subject and one is reduced to using attractive patterns in the sand and of course light. These serve well enough to create some glorious shots but just occasionally with a few higher tides the beach is scoured and reveals old buried groynes and posts. I found this one and quite literally made it the centre of attention.
