Jurassic View

The Quiraing, Skye, Scotland.

Just prior to sunrise I began taking the first shots of this most Jurassic landscape, the rolling velvet green slopes sprinkled with basaltic spikes of rock and honey coloured light spilling under grey clouds completed the magical atmosphere of this most beautiful aspect of the Isle of Skye. That magic evaporated within minutes of sunrise definitely transient light.
