Outstanding golden winter evening light spilling from beneath low cloud and striking the sinuous stone harbour wall at Burghead on the Moray Firth in Scotland. This was taken a few minutes before sunset and although the sea was smooth and unruffled by wind there was actually a huge swell on the sea that saw it slopping up the ramparts of the harbour wall and occasionally sending up a plume of sea spray.
