A searing ray of sunlight blasts a hole through heavy grey storm clouds and paints the green carpet of close cropped grass on the slopes of the Trotternish ridge whilst everything else is under the sombre umbrella of darkness. The light was very difficult to manage but I was just about able to eek out the detail in the Velvia transparency hopefully you like it as much as I do.
