The most gorgeous sky I have ever had the pleasure of seeing greeted us at Straumsnes on a still and bitterly cold winter evening. The underbelly of the lower clouds turned scarlet sandwiching a banana sky and casting flickering red light over the snowy peaks beyond. Such perfect light and then a sea reflection to double the effect for an epic Norwegian image.
