I suppose that if you were to produce a black and white stylised image of any African animal this would be a prime candidate, being already exclusively black and white. This is the final image in this series but it was the inspiration behind all of these stylised images exhibiting extreme contrast. This mother and foal Zebra were in Etosha national Park in Namibia and they were backlit by the morning sun so the image was already fairly extreme in terms of contrast. I used a technique to enhance it and reduced it to a more basic outline. Hope you enjoy it.
