This sumptuous view across Loch Clair is probably at its very best on a Spring morning with snow still covering the tops of the mountains. Here the sun has migrated down the slopes, illuminated the Scots Pine and turned the slender yellow reeds to pure gold along with the golden nuggets of rocks on the stoney fresh water beach in front of me.
