Culdromman Dawn

Loch Culdromman, Inverpolly, Scotland

Everybody loves a decent reflection image and if you are lucky enough to get some fine light at the beginning and end of the day then of course the results are usually more spectacular still. Not everyone though shares my passion for making my images appear as though you the viewer are peering through undergrowth as you are in this image. The branches are quite carefully arranged to avoid serious overlap where possible and the result is a naturally vignetted scene which for me adds a little more interest to an otherwise naked view..

NEW!! Photographic workshops and masterclasses and fine art cards are now available at TRANSIENT LIGHT

the progression of dark blue of the water to the light blue of the sky, also makes the view
dramatic even though the mountains in the distance are also somewhat eerie. ~V~
