Tree Hugging

Lael, Highlands, Scotland

There are certain trees that just look that little bit friendlier and more appealing than others and if any tree was huggable it must surely be this vivid green moss laden old beech tree. I am sure the apparent lack of clarity has left you scratching your heads in puzzled bewilderment and it certainly isn't going to be everybodys cup of er tea!! All I can say is that it was done intentionally with a special soft focus lens that I borrowed. Despite appearances it is blisteringly sharp. I used the lens with the sole intention of exaggerating the urge to hug a tree.

NEW!! Photographic workshops and masterclasses and fine art cards are now available at TRANSIENT LIGHT
