A fine but cloudless winter morning didn't seem to promise a great deal but I must admit to being very pleased with this delicate high key image of frozen Rannoch moor and the perennial favourite that little island tree trapped in a sea of fractured ice beneath the ruby tipped peaks of the Blackmount.
