Elgol, Skye, Scotland.

Elgol has some beautiful coloured stones though on first inspection all appears grey a careful search will reveal reds, yellows, greys and blues. I found this selection on a rocky outcrop and admired the way it pointed towards the distant peak of the Cuillin. The sunsetting behind was a bonus but required careful exposure control.
