After three days of some of the most amazingly cold weather the last evening coloured up beautifully demonstrating a gorgeous earth shadow against a luminous pink sky. Although the sun had shone brightly all day not once did the temperature exceed minus 10 celcius and the frosted birch trees remained resolutely frozen picking up the blue of approaching twilight.
