Despite its relatively small size Stac Pollaidh is a fantastic little climb and a hill out of all proportion to its somewhat meagre height. It is undoubtedly the most distinctive peak in the Inverpolly reserve and photographed in front of these reed beds provides an equally magnificent foreground. However there was little point fighting the elements instead I decided to work with the incessant wind and let the long exposure blur the foreground and mid ground. It wont be to everyones tastes but it works for me.
