A freezing winter evening at the edge of Loch Pityoulish, the air was so heavy and still that you could cut it with a knife; my condensed breath curled away like smoke from a lazy fire. I had bearly enough time to set up and shoot the tremendous ruby red light that flickered over the far bank of the loch setting fire to the distant pine trees so composition was a tad hurried but as ever the quality of the light seems to make up for these minor deficiencies.
