Ljubljana, the capital of Slovenia. It is a very pleasant, clean and uncrowded city. Local people were happy and friendly, looked reasonably prosperous and welcomed tourists. The city has a collection of beautiful nineteenth and early twentieth century buildings that appear to be in excellent condition.
