Healthy Living Style Expo- everyone was invited to attended this a one of a kind special event, which that took place at the Heart of the Hudson Valley Farmers Market, 1801-1805 Rt. 9W, Cluett Schantz Park, Milton NY. The event included free; Yoga classes, Reiki healing sessions, consultations with a Health Coach, Personal trainer and Chiropractic care. We invite everyone to attend this event and visit the market every Sat., where we are creating a place to provide the fundamentals to build a better way of life with farm-fresh food, organic produce, a bounty of locally grown fruit, farm products, delicious nutritional cuisine and a variety of handmade items.
