The Apple Tree Pruning Ceremony takes place each year at the Key Bank in Marlboro, NY. Many of the local farmers attended the annual event to watch fellow farmers trim the wine vine and prune the apple tree that was plant many years ago as part of a farming demonstration by Cornell. The event is followed by a luncheon at Raccoon Saloon, Marlboro, hosted by Key Bank.
