Liaison Office of the Central People's Government in the SAR of Hong Kong

I was recently asked by a friend abroad if HK has changed much since the handover of sovereignty in 1997. Politically, I must admit I'm not a sensitive person at all and I really feel that we're enjoying just as much freedom... But I do notice one change in our cityscape - I'm seeing this new tower almost everywhere in the western part of the Island.:-)
