nice gallery man....its "malicous damage" but im sure mainstream society appreciates these awesum murals and despize the scribbld' tags... unfortunely 4 yall' they go hand in hand and u cant have 1 without the other! THEY CAN NEVER STOP US!!

Nice gallery. I love graffiti, though these are mostly tags - there is a difference between graffiti "art" and tags - tags are human efforts to mark territory. Graffiti art tends to be more traditionally related to art - images, expressions, sometimes words too. Tags are signatures, but are they art? In a way, all forms of expression are art on a primal level and are elevated relative to the viewer. Most likely the taggers consider themselves renegade artists of a sort.
Man do I blather on. Disclaimer: I hold no degrees and am certainly no expert on graffiti and/or art. These are just my opinions, from someone who maybe doesn't know the rules, but knows what she likes (and I like this gallery).
