Grand Cayman Island is a delightful place to take a relaxing vacation, but birding is quite good. We stayed on the eastern side of the island which is less developed and great for birds. Visits to Willie Ebank's pig farm, Queen Elizabeth II Botanic Garden and the Mastic Trail provided several life birds for me and my friends. Parrots were amazingly cooperative and seem fearless of humans - a good sign in this age of illegal bird capture.
