Mediaeval murals...

Salisbury, UK

...in the Lady Chapel: built in 1470 by William Swayne, a rich wool merchant
and Mayor of Salisbury, for his family and for the Tailor's Guild, of which he was Master.
This replaced a smaller chapel (dedicated to St Stephen), which was destroyed when the chancel fell down in 1450.

A portion of the original chapel can be seen exposed on the left-hand wall -- the same wall featuring these murals:
showing the Annunciation, the Visitation and the Nativity.
