From the festival website:
"After establishing his first studio in 1984, Neil's work has been included in numerous exhibitions such as: 'British Artists in Glass' at Liberty’s, London;
the Museo de Arte de Brazil, and a showcase exhibition at The Victoria & Albert Museum, London. In addition he has also held successful solo exhibitions,
[including] the 2001 exhibition 'Seeds of Change'. Neil's work can also be seen at the... refurbished Liberty of London store on Regent Street,
where he was commissioned to design and produce three glass chandeliers for the Ground Floor."
