This Black-headed Gull was marked with a metal ring Bruxelles 6T 38158 on December 28, 2008 in Hulste, West-Flanders, Belgium (50°53 N, 03°18 E) as a 1st CY bird. On March 31, 2010 it received the color ring in Klaipėda-Gedminai, Lithuania (55°40'14"N, 21°10'40"E). Afterward it was reported from Katwijk on August 25, 2010, and again from Katwijk on March 3, 2011.
