This Lesser Black-backed Gull was marked as pullus near Dunkerque - Port Ouest, France ( 51° 2'29.28" N, 2°22'19.26" E) on July 5, 2008. It was reported in its first winter as far south as Akhfenir, Morocco ( 28° 5'49.95"N, 12° 3'6.24"W), approx 3000 km SSW of the Noordwijk location.
