This bird was ringed near Stoke Orchard landfill site, Gloucestershire, UK (51.56N 02.06W) on November 22, 2008. Initially it was identified as a Yellow-legged Gull, but subsequently re-labelled as a hybrid Lesser-Black-backed Gull x Herring Gull or Lesser Black-backed x Yellow-legged Gull. It has been reported from the UK, France, and the Netherlands. I saw it in Katwijk again on September 9, 2015.
