When we visited the family on the finca,they slaughtered a cow,and roasted it on a big fire in the LLanera way..Big chunks of meat on iron poles,stuck into the ground,around an open wood-fire....The Heart,liver and spleen were baked,and the bloody head of the cow was watching us from a distance...Uncle Coca's head got smashed up by the internal processing of the panorama in my phone ;-)
